    My Story: As an Engineer always on the move, I was finding it difficult to find the time I needed for myself. This led to me feeling conscious about my weight and skin. (skin has been a long-term issue) I tried many different products on my skin but was always met with the same result.     My Story: I work as a Head of Marketing for a tech company. I am an Athlete and I also run my own tech company called Mane Hook-Up. With so many things happening, it’s really important for me to be on my A game and bring my best self to the table. I feel like the Naiquan plan has helped me to do that.

    How Naiquan helped me: I did the Naiquan 12-week plan and I feel like I have more energy, more headspace, more clarity. I have also lost a bit of weight and worked towards my race weight.     The Problem: An Accident left me with multiple injuries, needed rehabilitation. Stress, depression and some digestion issues.

    My Story: I was in a life-changing accident which turned my world upside down. The accident left me in a wheelchair temporarily and lead me down the path of depression. I found myself ordering lots of Fast Food which put me up to a size 18 from my original size of 6. I had multiple injuries and restrictions and found my rehab wasn’t going well. I eventually left before the pandemic hit which means I just about missed being trapped. I looked online and found Naiquan, I liked how they looked and contacted them for help.

    How Naiquan helped me: Naiquan helped me out of my depression and set my mind on the right track. They addressed my nutrition and showed me the value of healthy eating as well as staying hydrated. Their therapy/personal counselling service helped me understand why I think the way I do. The Life Coach helped me to restructure myself and get myself back on track. I feel much better when I wasn’t sure I would be here happy again.

    The Problem: Not happy with my size and weight. My confidence has taken a knock because of this.

    My Story: I work as a music teacher in a primary school. Since the pandemic, I haven’t had the time to take care of myself the way I would want to. The weight seemed to come out of nowhere. When I look in the mirror I don’t like what I see which made me self-conscious about how I looked and less confident in what I wear. Found my wardrobe suddenly having more black clothing. I had a gym membership that I didn’t feel I had time to use, and just ate what I thought I should.

    How Naiquan helped me: They began by adjusting the way I looked at myself and started feeling more positive about where I wanted to be. I was then given an exercise plan to do at the gym. JaRoy gave great instruction on posture and pace, which made me get more out of sessions. A meal plan was built in order to make sure I was eating properly. The programme has given me independence in the way I eat. I have a comfortable routine and relationship with the gym and exercise. I lost a lot of weight, my friends at work and my family kept telling me as the weeks went by. My confidence began to grow as I’ve been losing weight. I’m even wearing bright colours again. Most importantly, the weight I’ve been losing has got me ready to be a bridesmaid at multiple weddings this year. I’m so happy that the programme has given me the tools to maintain this lifestyle on my own.
