Naiquan – Terms & Conditions
(Applies to All Wellness Products & Services)
These Terms & Conditions govern the use and delivery of all wellness products and services provided by Naiquan. By engaging with, purchasing, booking, or using any Naiquan product or service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not proceed with a purchase or booking.
1. Payment Terms
All payments must be made in full prior to the delivery or commencement of any product or service.
Orders and bookings are not confirmed until payment is received.
Prices listed include applicable VAT where relevant.
All sales are non-refundable unless otherwise stated within these terms.
2. Ginger Shots
Naiquan Ginger Shots are made from natural ingredients (fresh apples and ginger root) and are perishable.
Products must be stored refrigerated and consumed by the indicated best-before date.
No returns or refunds are accepted due to perishability, except in cases of damage or product fault, which must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photo evidence.
Allergy Disclaimer: Our ginger shots are prepared in facilities that may handle nuts, celery, or other allergens.
3. Juice Cleanse Programs
Naiquan Juice Cleanses are freshly made to order using cold-pressed methods.
All cleanse packages must be paid in full before production begins.
Due to their perishable and custom nature, no refunds or exchanges are permitted once orders are confirmed.
Missed or delayed collections/deliveries are the responsibility of the client. We do not offer replacements if the cleanse spoils due to missed handover or improper storage.
Consult your healthcare provider before beginning a cleanse if you are pregnant, nursing, have a medical condition, or are on medication.
4. Consultation Calls (Wellness & Lifestyle Coaching)
All consultation calls are pre-paid and scheduled in advance.
A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for rescheduling. Late cancellations or missed appointments will be charged in full.
These sessions are intended for wellness guidance and do not replace professional medical, psychological, or nutritional advice.
No refunds are issued once the consultation has been delivered.
5. Personal Training
All personal training services must be paid in advance and used within the time period agreed upon at purchase.
No refunds will be issued for unused sessions.
Clients must sign a Letter of Consent and complete a PAR-Q (Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire) before starting.
Medical clearance from a GP may be required depending on your health status.
Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited.
The trainer or training team will design a safe and goal-oriented plan based on your health profile and objectives, but Naiquan cannot guarantee specific results.
6. Life Coaching
Coaching services are provided through structured sessions designed to support personal growth, mindset shifts, and life planning.
All sessions must be booked and paid in advance.
No refunds are issued for completed sessions or for packages once coaching has begun.
Rescheduling requires 24 hours’ notice.
Life coaching is not therapy and is not intended to treat mental health disorders.
7. Sensitivity Testing
Naiquan offers non-invasive sensitivity testing using a small sample of hair (8–11 strands).
Tests cover indicators including digestion, gut biome, hormone health, and skin sensitivity.
Test results are typically returned within the timeframe specified at the time of order.
This service is not a diagnostic medical test. It is a wellness tool meant to help inform lifestyle and dietary adjustments.
Refunds are not available once the test sample has been submitted for analysis.
8. 360° Wellness Packages
These comprehensive packages may include a combination of personal training, nutrition planning, life coaching, physiotherapy, therapy sessions, rest protocols, and access to juice cleanses or sensitivity testing.
Packages are customized based on an initial assessment and client goals.
All services within a package must be completed within the agreed program duration.
Packages are non-refundable once started, and sessions missed without notice may be forfeited.
Clients must complete all required onboarding forms, including health declarations and consent forms, before beginning.
9. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate health, dietary, and lifestyle information when requested.
Any changes to health status must be reported immediately to ensure safe delivery of services.
Clients must adhere to advice given by wellness professionals to reduce the risk of injury, adverse reactions, or unsatisfactory outcomes.
Naiquan reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if a client’s health poses a risk without appropriate medical clearance.
10. Limitation of Liability
Naiquan is not responsible for any injury, illness, or loss resulting from misuse of products or non-adherence to guidance.
All services are delivered in good faith and are not intended to replace professional medical care.
Naiquan accepts no liability for pre-existing conditions or outcomes caused by incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from use of Naiquan’s services or products will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
